These Terms of Service govern your use of the Banguera Cleaning Services LLC website and your communications with us. Service-specific scope, pricing, timing, access instructions, cancellation terms, and payment details will be confirmed with you before a cleaning appointment.

Quotes and bookings

A website request is not a confirmed appointment. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if the condition, size, scope, access, or requested work differs materially. A booking is confirmed only after we communicate acceptance and the agreed details.

Website estimates and account access

Online accounts and subscription signup are temporarily paused. You can use the public calculator and contact us by email or text without an account. Contact buttons open your own messaging or email app; you review and send the message there. An estimate or preferred date does not confirm an appointment. Contact us about existing bookings or recurring services.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, safe and timely access to the service location, and notice of hazards, delicate items, pets, restricted areas, or special instructions. You are responsible for securing valuables and identifying items that require special handling.

SMS terms

When you opt in to receive text messages from Banguera Cleaning Services, you agree to receive conversational messages related to quote requests, scheduling, appointment confirmations, service updates, and customer support.
