A website request is not a confirmed appointment. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if the condition, size, scope, access, or requested work differs materially. A booking is confirmed only after we communicate acceptance and the agreed details.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, safe and timely access to the service location, and notice of hazards, delicate items, pets, restricted areas, or special instructions. You are responsible for securing valuables and identifying items that require special handling.
